Tandoori paneer chaat

Ingredients:
500 gms. Paneer, cut into finger shapes
1&1/2 tbsp. tandoori masala powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2-3/4 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup of raw green mango, cut into strips or amchoor powder to taste
1 medium size onion, thinly sliced
3 green chillies, finely chopped
2&1/2 tsp. chaat masala
1/2 tbsp. chopped ginger
Method
For the tandoori paneer:
Make a thin paste of tandoori masala powder and vinegar.
Marinate the paneer in this mixture for 20 mins.
Grill the paneer cubes on an electric grill. Keep aside.
For the chaat:
Mix lemon juice with salt, red chilli powder and oil. Keep aside.
In a bowl, mix onions, mango powder, green chillies, green coriander, chaat masala and the lemon juice. Mix well.
Now add in the paneer cubes and mix well.
Remove to a serving dish and serve immediately garnished with chopped ginger.
