Idli Chaat

Ingredients:
6 - idlis
1 cup - finely chopped onion
1 cup - finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp - tamarind chutney
1 tbsp - mint chutney
For garnishing:
1 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp - roasted Cashews
1/2 cup - sev
Method
Cut the idlis into small pieces and deep fry in oil.
Mix all the ingredients.
Garnish with coriander leaves, roasted cashews and sev.
