Cabbage with Bacon & Apples

I'm not sure where Rach got this recipe, but it's in her/our spiral scrap/notebook (something that everyone who's into cooking should have) which I wanted to take some photos of 'cept I cant find the battery charger... anyway, rather than re-type this bit of deliciousness I thought I'd see how the scanner works for such things. (Also, in other blog related news, I've found some more young chefs & will send them questions & see how I go there. In non-blog related news, finished and passed my NEIS course, huzarr, & have started keying up some singing students).
